About Me!
Following in her dad's footsteps, she started out on the stage. Sara was put into dance classes at 3 years old, and she continued dancing until she was 16. During that time, she danced at three different studios, and learned jazz, ballet, tap, Polynesian, and musical theatre. When she was in 4th grade, she decided to take singing lessons for about a year.
Once she entered high school, she instantly started doing theater. While in high school, she did 6 shows, acting in 4 and doing tech for two. Her favorite roles were playing Snoopy in You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, and Mrs. Peacock in Clue. In her senior year, she was also Thespian President of Troupe 960.
Once Sara entered college, she transferred to acting in short films. She starred in her Cinema Production class' main project, along with starring in two Inland Empire 48 Hour Film Projects. Sara takes advantage of every acting opportunity she gets, and has made some strong connections and even stronger memories.
Films had also been a crucial part of her life. She created her first stop motion animation in 5th grade after she saw a friend of hers post one on social media. This began her animation journey as she continued the craft. Over the past several years, she's created several large projects and lots of smaller projects. This varies from a mysterious island to several car commercials for a local Nissan dealership to a Christmas Elf running around and causing mischief.
She's currently at San Bernardino Valley College, where she'll graduate with an AA in Film and Television Media with a concentration in Scripted TV. While not all of them, Sara has taken editing classes, where she's learned Adobe Premiere Pro, two big-scaled film production classes, and classes where she got to work in a professional TV studio. In the spring months of 2024, she was a producer, editor, and lighting designer for the third season of Rhythm Lounge. This will premiere on KVCR, the PBS station in the Inland Empire.
